There's one more emerging demographic category to consider. Those who have created, critiqued, etc., and now are rebelling against social media. Seriously--the downturn in the economy, and other major events in our world have caused some folks to step back from everything and evaluate how they are spending the precious time in their lives. They are quite tech savvy, understand what social media is, and are consciously stepping away. They probably are still using the internet everyday, but may be choosing to not be as engaged in blogging, tweeting etc., and are opting instead to weed their gardens!
