One of Event Manager's greatest features is the fact that we provide a library of common forms for each event type. For instance, if you're accepting registrations for a 10k, you can simply turn on a form that is "Projected Elapsed Time". Or, if you're running an offshore fishing tournament, you can turn on an "Emergency Contact" form. These are great, because they are common between all events on the system and participants can store form data for future use.

But we also realize that your event is unique and you may want to ask for t-shirt size or even survey type questions. With Event Manager it's simple to do this using the custom requirement form builder. Check out this 4 minute video to see how.

What is a Public Passport Profile?
Any user, event registrant, club member and administrator can now create their own public profile page. Profile pages are a great way for event participants, athletes and club members to display a short bio, show off accomplishments and display what events they are attending and/or competing in. View an example here.

Here are some of the features:

• Display a profile picture
• Display upcoming events you are attending
• Write and display a full bio
• Add list of sponsors, coaches, schools, etc.
• Change the theme and color of your page
• Display yacht information for regatta entrants

Profiles can be turned on or off at anytime by individual users. To create your profile, log into your Passport account and click the "My Profile" button.

Do you currently display an entry list for your event?
Create a quick event notification to let your participants know they can now create their own profile online by logging into their account and clicking on the "My Profile" link in the Passport account.

Even if you don't use Event Manager for registrations, you can still get your own profile, url and custom webpage for free. Just sign-up here.

For endurance sports, a new report has been added which provides a downloadable csv export of relevant information including bib number, chip number, chip ownership etc. to provide to chip timing companies. The Chip Export report can be found on the main report page of each event. More information on online registration for race directors.

A new feature has been added which allows you to assign your own unique number to event registrants. This is often used for bib assignments for endurance sports, but can also be used for any type of an event in which you want to assign sequential numbers to entrants.
